✔ 日本語で「～と」つきあう、「～と」交際する、というため with を付けたくなると思いますが、dateを動詞で使う時withは不要です。

tie the knot: 結婚する
tie the knotというイディオムは結婚することを意味します。由来は、ネットで調べるだけでも諸説は色々出てくるのですが、このような断定が難しいものは、ご自身が暗記しやすい方法がベストだと思っています。ある儀式に由来しているともいわれていますが、日本人の私たちには結び目を表すknotを利用して、「結ばれる」から tie the knot なんて覚えても良いのではないでしょうか^^
もちろん marryやget married という表現を使っても良いです。
➯ They are getting married next year. （彼らは来年結婚します。）
➯ Tim married his best friend’s sister. （ティムは親友の妹と結婚しました。）
